Information about Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments - All Inclusive

Set in tropical gardens in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, the Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments is located right on the beach. It has 2 pools, a spa and a wide choice of restaurants. All of the spacious, bright rooms have air conditioning and satellite TV, and some have ocean views and hot tubs, and some have lounges and kitchenettes. The pools are surrounded by loungers and there are large sun terraces. There is a kids’ club, a giant chess board and a range of activities throughout the day. There is also a gym and a 24-hour business centre. There is a choice of restaurants, offering a range of Mexican and international dishes, from snacks to formal, innovative dining. The Miramar Restaurant also offers wonderful views of the Bay of Banderas. There are also several bars, including one on the beach. The Shakti Spa offers a range of treatments, scrubs and massages. There is also a free whirlpool bath.

Please note that the following policy will go into effect once the Mexican National Weather Center issues a hurricane watch to the area of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta. Anticipated Departures – Clients with early departures due to hurricane threat will receive a certificate for the remaining unused nights. Certificate is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. Clients must re-book within 30 days. No Shows – No show penalties will be waived up to 3 days after hurricane strikes. Rescheduling – When wishing to postpone their vacation, the Hotels will allow rescheduling without a change fee and will guarantee the original rate to travel by December 20th, 2016, subject to availability. The reservation is not transferrable and any additional guests or nights will be booked at current rate. Cancellations – There will be no penalties for all passengers scheduled to travel within 72 Hours or less before a hurricane strikes. Guests must cancel through the same channel they booked their trip. This policy applies to individual travelers only. For group reservations, please contact your Groups Executive.
