Hanseatic city of Lübeck is a city in northern Germany and southeast of Schleswig-Holstein on the Baltic Sea, in the district Lübeck. The medieval town center is a UNESCO world Heritage Site. The city center is a tourist destination, especially interesting is the oldest part of Lübeck. It lies mostly on the island between the river Trave and the Wakenitz. The city is also called "City of Seven Towers" and "Gateway to the North." Port of Lübeck is Germany´s largest port in the Baltic Sea. It connects Lübeck with Scandinavia, Russia and the Baltic States.

SightsRheintor Gateway is one of the best preserved baroque fortresses of Europe. Museum of history displays on 400 square meters a large collection of exhibits, documents and images of the city from the Stone Age to the present. The Romanesque church of St. Stephen was built sometime between the end of the 12th century and the year 1230. The Blue House (Blaue Haus) is the former Jewish Community Center. It was built before 1691 and is now a memorial and a conference center for the treatment of Jewish history in the region.

The church was built in 1893 in Neo-Gothic style. Two entrance portals to medical and climate park Hochtaunus lie in the area of town Schmitten.
TaunusThe highest mountain in the Taunus region, the Great Feldberg, attracts thousands of visitors each year. The lookout tower on the Pferdskopf near Treisberg, 663 meters high mountain, allows a wide view of the countryside Taunus and is a destination for many trips. In winter you will find here one of the finest ski lifts in the Taunus and the possibility of skiing and sledding. Church of St. Charles Borromeo is visible from a great distance.
