Hofheim am Taunus is a town in the district Main-Taunus-Kreis in Hessen. Hofheim is located on the southern edge of the low mountain range Taunus, between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main on the motorways A 66 and A3. Among the main attractions of the city Hofheim am Taunus include the Old Town Hall from 1529, water castle, city museum, observatory and the Catholic Church of St. Peter and Paul in 1642.
